Another old piece. This is a print of a drawing of a photo (got that?) of our old dog, Pooch. I did this in a printmaking class shortly after she died. She was 17. Someone once asked what kind of dog she was, and I said "Beagle-terrier mix." He said "Great. Barks and digs." I still miss her.

One of the EDM challenges was to draw your purse, or something like that. Anyway, this is a drawing I did a while back. I've been a fiber artist for a long time, and when I showed this drawing to my father he said "Wow. You really are an artist." Granted, he's in his 80's, so I excuse him from thinking fiber isn't really art.
But I know I'm an artist, because my sister gave me this lapel pin for Chrismas.
